Very nice, clean facility with a better than outstanding staff. Centrally located in Fairfield with a wonderful complimentary breakfast. (Love that pancake machine -- In fact the entire family loves it. Rates are more than competitive. We've stayed here many times and will be returning next year. Keep up the good work Fairfield, Iowa Best Western. And, Go Wildcats!!!
Nice hotel but a bit dated decor and furniture. The pool and jacuzzi were nice to use. The claimed they had continental breakfast, this was just coffee. He price just seemed a bit much for an out dated hotel with no breakfast.
Very clean, up to date and comfortable. Great location, friendly and helpful staff.
Dinner staff very poor could only order large steak 12 oz as they had no senior size steaks 8 oz, , snack platter must have all five items can not have choice of items, had to go to bar to get drink refills and wrong food brought to table then taken back to kitchen to correct. do not stopping here if hungry and want good service
Wonderful place to stay!! Rooms were clean, nicely decorated. The pool area was 5 star quality!!! I hope that we have a reason to stay in this Hotel again!!
