I had a house fire. Service master cleaned all our salvageable furnature. The entire house had to be gutted. They removed all the plaster, lath, carpet, cabinets, and burnt items. They were awesome! Very friendly! Zero smoke smell remains
The second time was a week ago to clean carpets in 3 rooms and 2 large sectional couches. We have 3 cats so there is fur everywhere. The came in at 9am and had it all done within 3 hours. Service was excellent and everything was clean. Surprised how much they were able to do with the couches. They were spotless. Were able to get all of the stains out of the carpets.
I have had them out twice in the last year. The first time was to clean up after a hot water heater blew out. They were here after hours to get things cleaned up and ran fans for about a week. Fantastic and unexpected service.
