My experiences here with a specific doctor has always been negative. I have been here many times and always dread the fact of seeing her. The reasons why I hate seeing this doctor is because she is arrogant, looks down upon you for not knowing something, has you literally playing guessing games about your diagnosis and what the treatment should be, she has even left without telling me my diagnosis leaving just the summary papers and the drugs I had to get. I would put zero stars but if you happen to get lucky when you go to the ER (which is super unlucky cause she is always there) the other doctors are great. I had to get stitches and I was lucky enough that one of the other male doctors was in and he made dad jokes the whole time and was very comforting.

I have had great experience with my family practice doctor and my daughter’s pediatrician. I find the patient advocacy team to be quite disappointing. I contacted them at the beginning of October 2017 to get some information to a doctor that treated me in the ER. It’s December 8th, 2017 and I still don’t have any follow-up information.

Usually they are pretty good. But I had a terrible experience with a health issue last week. After 3 different antibiotics and a trip to the walk in, medical arts, and ER and the ER doctor saying to give it more time, blah blah. They ER never gave me my follow up call which was crucial since the culture from the ER came back as the bacteria was resistant to all the antibiotics I was trying. Took myself to the doctor again and thought I was never getting better. The doctor informed me of the the diagnosis and didn’t know why the ER never called to let me know. I can’t trust the ER there.

I arrived by ambulance after a car accident. Dr White was quick, efficient, professional, and I received excellent care! Callie in radiology was very gentle and careful with me, I was in a lot of pain. Great job!

Since the clinics have been combined the average appointment time is 2 hours. In between waiting to be called back and sitting in the room waiting to be seen
