I ordered some samples through a third party vendor then was billed twice by both the third party and Green Building Supply. Green Building Supply refused to help correct the double billing error, I'm still hoping the third party vendor can make some arrangement. I loved the samples and intend to purchase the product but won't be ordering through Green Building Supply. 2 stars only because they responded to the emails, even though they wouldn't help, and I really like the product.
I like everything about Green Building Supply . Was treated well. Love my Rubio Monocoat Stain...Except for the price??!!! They should be able to manufacture this product for far less than $150 / liter ...
I have just now gotten to use this product. I do like it very much. I wiped on and off with a cotten cloth. And the finish is very nice. Have a bigger product to use it on but wanted to try on this small item first. Thank you.
Update: Green Building Supply has now refunded the duplicate charge. Still frustrated that the third party vendor had to make those arrangements and Green Building Supply did not cooperate when I asked for help initially...
This was the only place I could find non-toxic moisture barrier for my floors. I needed it right away, and they were able to ship it to me overnight. The customer service help was great.. I definitely would look to Green Building Supply again when I need green building materials.
Glad to see sample sizes for sale. Chemically-sensitive customers have to test many products to determine which are safest to use in their environment; those costs add up quickly. This company's fast delivery shortens the time between starting to test a product and actually being able to live with the project completed.
