I lived in NJ for many years and always took my cars to the local Goodyear mechanics. I moved to Iowa 2 years ago and immediately located the closest Goodyear, which is Fairfield Tire. I am just as satisfied with this location as I was with my NJ Goodyear. YAY!

I come in from out of town on monthly basis. I have, frequently stopped at Fairfield Tire to have service done to my vehicle (tires, LOF and many others). Keith and Janice are always more than willing to work with me and my schedule. Their business is 1st class.
Great family and service. Have been a customer for 20 years. Honest prices and great diagnostic service. We enjoy the free tire rotations.They try to get my family in as soon as possible but they have a lot of customers because they are so good.
I usually prefer a kiss before being "taken advantage of". But No! None of that will be allowed here! I was quoted a price for a set of tires "installed", I should tell you said tires were to be installed on a BRAND NEW set of wheels that I brought in. When I came to pick them up, the price had jumped $75.00 higher! I asked the Lady at the desk what was going on, she rolled her eyes & said "There are always customers like you with buyers remorse". Shocked by "Broom-Hilda's" response, I spoke to the Manager to which he replied: The wheel's were rusty we had to clean them up & the valve stems were shot & some other charges he thought up while staring at his feet. When I informed him the wheels were new, He sneered and said "Well I guess I get to eat the labor and valve stems"! I thought to myself "It beats eating knuckles". But....I just paid Hilda, smiled and walked away in total disbelief.
Fantastic service from a fantastic staff all around! As a customer for several years now, Fairfield Tire has never let me down and they are always very honest and helpful. They definitely know how to save the day! Thanks for being so awesome!
