If you're going to reschedule people for being 12 minutes late, don't turn around and make people wait 3x as long once they're in the room.
The other day, I was late by 12 minutes, so they were going to reschedule. So I walked out, mad as hell.
the staff is always friendly and the doctors actually listen to you.
It's not bad, if you are actually seen.
Arrogance & Ignorance are on the Menu at this Duck-House! The Doctors & Staff seem to deem your concerns as if you were a Deaf, Dumb, Blind Cretin who should feel lucky to be there!! I would feel safer going to a Veterinarian Clinic!
Today, I had an appointment for 2:15. Showed up early, nurse does her thing, and leaves me in a room. 45 minutes pass. Nope, not in the mood. Left again.
