When I moved from AZ to IA, the first thing in did was change my Drivers license. I was so pleased with the service. In and out in less than 10 minutes. In AZ you can expect to sit there half a day and that's just to get waited on. Be thankful in IA.
The old woman who takes the test is pretty irritating. She will probably fail or pass you depending on her mood. Will talk to you like a slave. I would suggest you better give the test from Ottumwa or somewhere else but not fairfield.
